Focus on Preventing Bullying


Flexibility - Willingness to change plans or ideas without getting upset

“A man’s heart plans his way, but the Lord directs his steps.” Proverbs 16:9


Diligence - Investing all my energy to complete the tasks assigned to me

“Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men.” Proverbs 22:29 


Enthusiasm - Expressing joy in each task as I give it my best effort

“And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.” Colossians 3:23, 24


Discernment - Understanding the deeper reasons why things happen

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord and depart from evil.” Proverbs 3: 5-7


Cautiousness - Knowing the importance of right timing in accomplishing right actions

“A prudent man sees evil and hides himself, but the simple pass on and are punished.” Proverbs 22:3


Boldness - Confidence to say or do what is true, right, and just

“Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marveled; and they took knowledge of them that had been with Jesus.” Acts 4:13


Loyalty - Using difficult times to demonstrate my commitment to those I serve

“Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” John 15:13
